Over the past 20 years, I have indirectly worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs and small business owners — from coaches, marketers, and productivity gurus, to consultants, lawyers, doctors, and health and wellness experts — and have always given them tips, tricks and ideas to help streamline their businesses and build their brand.

I specialize in helping busy entrepreneurs and small business owners organize, promote, and scale their brand through their online marketing efforts including social media marketing and paid ad campaigns, email marketing, technical, webinar and web support, graphic and website design, website and social media audits, general administrative tasks and much more!
About Charne’, the Person
I live in sunny West Hills, California with my amazing husband Shawn, who I have been married to for 18 years, our three fantastic children Chloe, Shanel and lil Shawn, and our 4lb Yorkie named Marmaduke.
When I am not busy working away in my office, you can find me at school sites across LA mentoring and coaching students and parents to ADVOCATE for their educational rights. In 2008 alongside a group of educators, I founded the Tunson Leadership Foundation, a non profit organization tasked with supporting youth and young adults with personal development in the area of Leadership. This year we have shifted our efforts towards supporting individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder and creating opportunities for these youth and young adults to socialize with their typical peers.

Now, that you know a little about my personal life, let me tell you more about how I got to where I am today as a virtual assistant and how that can benefit you and your business!
I began my professional career as a high school Art Teacher and quickly got involved in all aspects on my campus, and as a result I started to develop my project management, client relations, and marketing skills. Being in educator requires so many different skill sets, many of which are not taught at ANY TEACHER PREPARATION PROGRAM on Earth. I learned the essentials of being a great leader of a team, promotion and marketing, administration (budgets, planning, resource acquisition and management), and providing superior customer service and relationship management— something that I am well-known for.
Now after 20 years of serving in the formal education world, I have decided that I want to be able to share my time, resources and professional skill set with the world through my online platform. I know that with my digital marketing experience, including social media management, web support, graphic design, opt-ins/landing pages, technical support, and email marketing services, I have a solid foundation to provide an amazing virtual assistant experience.
